Privacy Policy

Information you give us. When you use the Discovery AI chat or book a consultation, we collect what you choose to share — typically your name, email address, phone number, and details about your project. Chat conversations are saved so our team can follow up on your inquiry.

Information collected automatically. We use a privacy-first, first-party analytics system: no cookies, no advertising trackers, and no data sent to third-party analytics companies. A random anonymous identifier is stored in your browser (localStorage) so we can understand how visitors use the site; it contains no personal information. Our hosting infrastructure briefly processes your IP address for security purposes such as rate limiting and bot protection.

Our website chat is powered by artificial intelligence (Anthropic's Claude). Your chat messages are processed by Anthropic to generate responses and are stored in our systems so our team can review your project inquiry and follow up. The chat is a project-intake assistant — please don't share sensitive personal information (such as financial account, health, or government ID details) in the chat; it isn't needed for a project inquiry.

We use Cloudflare Turnstile to protect our chat from automated abuse. Turnstile runs invisibly and evaluates certain browser signals to distinguish people from bots. Cloudflare's handling of this data is described in the Cloudflare Turnstile Privacy Addendum and Cloudflare's Privacy Policy.

We use a small set of service providers to run this website: Cloudflare (hosting, security, bot protection), Anthropic (AI chat responses), Supabase (secure data storage), Cal.com (appointment scheduling), Resend (transactional email), and Digital Offload (website and back-office operations). Each processes data only to provide these services. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with advertisers.

To respond to your project inquiries, schedule and prepare for consultations, provide and improve our services, keep the site secure, and understand aggregate site usage. We contact you only about your inquiry or projects — submitting the chat or booking form does not sign you up for marketing.

We keep inquiry and project records for as long as needed to serve you and to meet legal, contracting, and warranty obligations, then delete or anonymize them.

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you by emailing scharrissolutions@gmail.com or calling (316) 200-0067. Colorado residents may have additional rights under Colorado law; we honor reasonable requests regardless of statutory thresholds.

This site is for business inquiries and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

If we materially change this policy, we'll update this page and the date above.
